This is exactly what I needed! It took us 2 weeks to recover from Covid and all I kept thinking is how tight my body was! Also I can now do the leg lift which I couldn't do when I first started working out with you (healthy hips challenge!)
I twisted my ankle super bad the other day and it was nice to get in some sort of a workout stretch without putting weight on my ankles! Thank you!
